He is survived by: his wife Suellen Riggs; his children, Stephen Gale Riggs (Taffy), Jessica Burchard and Liz Bleakley (Chad); his granddaughter Karen Malee Palmateer (Danny); his children, Reese, Crew and Jordan Jennifer Davis; his grandchildren, Josie and Jenson; his children, Tyler Bleakley (Mollie), Eisley, Phoenix, Rooney, Sutton, Gant Bleakley and Jennifer Jill Flanagan (Gary); his grandson Logan Flanagan (Brittainy); his children, Madalyn, Jaxon, Luke Flanagan, John David Riggs (Samantha) and Landrey; and his brother John Riggs (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
