We are sad to announce that, on May 27, 2026, at the age of 92, William Howard Seay (Saint Marys, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Seay and Martha Seay (Sexton); his birth mother Martha; his brothers, Kurt and Terry; his in-laws, Charles and Ruth Pethtel; his pets, Misty and Dusty; Edith Seay (Campbell).

He is survived by: his wife Mary Seay (Pethtel); his children, Mickey Seay (Erin) and Belinda Cade (John); his grandchildren, Randy, Aubrie Cade, Brittany Siddell (Max) and Jake Buhrts; his great grandchild Rosalie Cade; his pet Callie; and his siblings, Sandra, Altha, Ellen, Tammie, Lannie, Roger and Hank. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
