She was predeceased by: her father Terrence Mitchell Shaffer. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Ann McKinney Shaffer of Salem; her significant other Tim Anderson; her sons, Isaac James Owens and Brandon Scott Carder; her siblings, Michelle "Shellie" Lynn Shaffer (Luke Carmichael) and Jamie Mitchell Shaffer; her nieces and nephews, Ottie, Brandi, Matt, Jordan, Josh, Alex, Skye, Katie, Madison and Kyle; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaydence, Rowan, Chandler and Grace. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins.
