She was predeceased by: her parents, Estes W. Riddle and Stella Bertalot Riddle; and her husband John N. Underwood, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Jay Riddle (Phyllis) of Phoenix, AZ and Willadean Simpson of Tulsa, OK; and her caregivers, Mike Underwood (Barb) and Salem. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
