George Davis Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of George Davis of Salem, West Virginia is shared. George, born on May 5, 1942, passed away on October 11, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Davis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rancel E. Davis and Glenna Murl Ford Davis; and his sisters, Ruby Davis Fisher (David) and Janet Davis Gibson (James). He is survived by: his wife Karen Diane Kelley Davis; his daughter Kelley D. Clutter (George) of Webster Springs; his granddaughters, Rachel A. Clutter of Glenville and Rebekah J. Loughridge (Christian) of Webster Springs; his niece Erin Fisher Lane (Harley); his nephews, Jimmy Gibson (Michelle) of Ohio and Dwayne Kelley (Pam); and his cousins, Jennifer Ford, Clyde Ford III and Fern Nutter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Baptist Church (153 E Main St, Salem, WV 26426).
