He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Franklin Shaver and Geraldine "Gerry" Dyer Shaver (McIntyre); his brother Robert "Bob" Shaver; his sister-in-law Clarice Shaver; and his sister Judith McIntyre Shaver.
He is survived by: his children, Sally Ann Hinterer (Phillip), Patrick Shaver (Kristi Pierce) and Scott Shaver (Carrie); his grandchildren, Dakota Hinterer, Levi Hinterer (Shelby), Sydney Walls (Justin) and Kesley Myers (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Bentley Walls, Tripp Hinterer, Axton Myers, Mason Myers and Boone Hinterer.
