Jackson of Salem; his wife Phyllis Sides Tapp; his children, Shannon Cottner, Charmaine Workun, Shyra Aaron, Chantal Michalski, Mark Workun, Danielle Lowery, Crystal Smith and Rochelle Stone; his grandchildren, Adanna, Abbigale, Kylee, Braidan, Harlow, Holsten and Sean; and his brothers, Marvin Tapp, Randy Allen and Eddie Allen.
