He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas "Johnny" Holt Jr. and Nadene Iris Eubank Holt; his son Mark Allen Holt Jr.; his grandparents, John Thomas Holt Sr., Eula Gladys Stier Holt, John William Eubank and Juanita Bell McQuain Eubank; and his siblings-in-law, Pamela Winning Holt and John Henry Lasure.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Jean Jones Holt; his daughter Ledona Jean Holt; his siblings, Beth Ann Lasure of Clarksburg and John Thomas Holt III of Core; Robert Westfall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
