He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Frederick and Wilma Mae Hayes Stamm; and his brother Michael W Stamm. He is survived by : his sister Doris Shaffer (Robert) of White Marsh, MD; and his nieces, Melissa Stamm of Murfreesboro, TN, Stephanie Roberts (Greg), Salem, Jennifer Owens (Brian), Amanda Allen (Brian) and Misawa.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home - Salem And (1999 W Main St, Salem, WV 26426). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
