He is survived by: his wife Lola Stout Bowen; his sons, Rick Bowen (Peggy) of Salem, John "Jose" Bowen (Bridget) of Clarksburg and Tim Bowen (Lisa) of Salem; his grandchildren, Zach Bowen (Michelle), Derek Bowen (Heather), Tyler Foley, Olivia Bowen, Shayna Harman (AJ), Leann Hutson (Zach), Samantha Bowen, Elizabeth Bowen, Mike Werner (Ashley) and Ben Negron; his great grandchildren, Morgan, Grant, Prescott, Ayla, Crimson, Daxton, Oliver, Adalee, Beau, Hadley, Colton, Jonah and Liam; his sister Jane Steen; his son Jeffrey Anderson (Jennifer); and his grandchild Tori. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
