She is survived by: her parents, Kevin "Joe" Moyers and Ann Moyers (Burke) of Cedarville, WV.; her children, Jacob Conrad (Summer Schaffer) of Tarentum, PA and Chelsey Phillips (Palmer) of Hurricane, WV; her grandchildren, Sophia and Malia; and her close friend Johnny Conrad of Sand Fork. She is also survived by numerous siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other wonderful family and friends.
