"Chuck" Self (Laura) of Dusk Camp; her siblings, Hoy Keith Jr. (Linda) of Lost Creek, WV, Loretta Hayhurst of Weston, WV and Nickie Leiding (Dave) of Alabama; and her grandsons, Chuckie, Wesley Self, Matthew and Jason Montgomery.
