He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn S. Blackburn and Herbert L. Clark; his son Garrett John Clark; and his grandmother Mary J. Blackburn (Lynch). He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Friend (Rodney) of Big Rock, VA, Leslie Cales (Kris) of Sandstone, WV, Cathryn Clark of Glen Rogers, WV, Stacy Clark (Nick) of Georgetown, KY and Jeffrey Clark of Louisiana. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces; great nephews and nieces, dear cousins, aunts and uncles and many dear friends.
