Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Penwell Funeral Home (168 W Main St, Shelby, OH 44875). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for a contribution to be made in Matt's honor at a later date.
