She was predeceased by: her parents, Vina Blevins and Tackett; and her siblings, Lulabell Blevins, Betty Perry, Estil, Charles and James Edward Blevins.

She is survived by: her husband Danny Nickels of Sarah Ann, WV; her daughter Danel Michelle Didier (Tony) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and her brother Elmer Blevins of Peru, Ind.
