He is survived by: his siblings, Willard Hurst, LeRoy Hurst, Terry Hurst (Donna), Larry Hurst, Clara Wallace (Chris), Mary Welch (Larry) and Thelma Johnson (Elbert); his children, Roy Hurst of Sarah Ann, Tom Hurst (Christy) of Sarah Ann and Lori Hurst (Gentry) of Sarah Ann; his grandchildren, Reverend Sherman Jones Jr. (Shatika), Miranda Jones, Jason Jones (Cassie), Ronald Hurst, Lilly Mauk (Isaiah), Chyanne Hurst, Elijah Hurst and Austin Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, Dontez, Jediah, Taijh, Richez, Mario, Kentrell, Celia, Grayson, Aria, Zara and Riley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
