She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Clay and Alpha Clay; her husband Thomas; and her siblings, Alvin, Robert and Doris Bialas.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald (Kathy) of Saulsville, Steve (Sue) of Saulsville and Jeff (Sue) of San Antonio, TX; her grandchildren, Kim (Claude), Jonathan, Steven (Page), Cory, Kristin and Tyler; and her great grandchildren, Jadin (Ashley) and Carli.
