He is survived by: his sons, James R. Moreland, Jr. (Linda) of Maysville, WV and Timothy A. Moreland of Burlington, WV; his grandchildren, Lee Allen Moreland, Tasha Lynn Moreland, Kenneth Albert Moreland and Evan James Moreland; his great grandchildren, Mason Albert Moreland and Stetson Cole Moreland; and his brother Donnie Moreland (Dottie) of Elk Garden, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
