He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Gorman Cullers and Edna Violet Cullers (Davis). He is survived by: his siblings, Betty L. Bolyard (Dayton) of Eglon, WV, Janet Barr (Harvey) of Petersburg, WV, Rebecca Waldron (Gerald) of Maysville, WV and Harry R. Cullers of Reading, MA; and his cousin Shirley Matthews. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home (11 N Main St, Petersburg, WV 26847). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
