He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Krivsky and Winifred Krivsky. He is survived by: his wife Peg; his children, Kelly Shenk (Randy), John (Beth) and Ryan (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Tyler, Corey Shenk, Andrew, Megan, Katie Krivsky, J. R. and Kirby Krivsky; his sister Fran Homer; and his extended family, Steve, Barbara King, Sarah, Matt and Emmalyn Childers.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Art's name to Samaritan's Purse.
