He is survived by: his children, Stephen (Michelle) of Winfield and Mia Huffman of Hurricane; his grandchildren, Ashley Hazlett (Shannon) of Scott Depot, David and Devin Childers of Winfield; and his great grandchild Grayson Hazlett of Scott Depot.
