She is survived by: her daughter Jill Seabolt (Michael); her grandchildren, Michael Chad Ashworth (Amy), Justin Seabolt (Trisha) and Paige Blum (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Dylan Ashworth, Isabella Morris-Seabolt, Benjamen Seabolt and Caden Chapman; her great great grandchild Averie Jewell Seabolt; and her close friends, Cindy Farley and Kimberly Miller.
