He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald G. Smith and Emma Williams Smith; and his brothers, Gerry Smith and Ronnie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Diana Lynn Smith; his children, Donald "Bub" Smith (Tiffani) of Red House and Andrea Landers (Michael) of Louisville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Trevor Landers, Jordyn Larch, Caitlyn Smith and MacKenzie Smith; his great grandchildren, Holland Larch and Brian Adams; and his siblings, Steven Smith, Tom Smith, Jimmy Smith and Debbie Hall.
