He was predeceased by: his father Ray Junior Mann; and his sister Judith Ann Wanless. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Annalee Mann (Sutton) of St. Albans; his daughter Rae Marie Boyd (Zack); his siblings, Tammy Frances Carper and Michael Burke Mann of St. Albans; and his grandchildren, Ryah, Mackenna and Ella.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Beaver Creek Cemetery (5151 Beaver Creek Rd, Marlinton, WV 24954).
