He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Vance, Sr. and Edith Mae Hartman Vance. He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce Vance (Sue) and Alice Catherine "Katty" Hevener; and his siblings' children, Timmy Hevener, Leroy Vance (Bridget), Renee Haines (Jonathan) of Burlington, WV, Hailey Vance (Adam) of Seneca Rocks and Kyndal Vance of Petersburg, Several.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kimble Funeral Home (80 S Main St, Franklin, WV 26807). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Vance Family Cemetery (72 Vance Cemetery Ln, Seneca Rocks, WV 26884).
