He is survived by : his daughters, Diana Gracia (Teter) of Jackson, NJ and Renee Teter of Barboursville, WV; his grandsons, Josh Downing of Elkins, WV and Christian Gracia of Jackson, NJ; his sister Dorothy Louann Teter Smith of Seneca Rocks, WV; and his close friends, David Downing, Junior Sites and Paving of West Virginia.
