He is survived by: his children, Thomas Gene Adkins (Becky), Richard Adkins (Sandy) of Artie, Chris Williams of Beckley, Joseph Williams of Eccles, Timothy Adkins of Fairdale and Christie Adkins of Beckley; and his siblings, Wally Adkins (Lora) of Cool Ridge and Jewell Keatzel. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
