He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Ann Dillon; his parents, Robert "Cotton" Dillon and Clara Barker Dillon; his siblings, Timothy Paul "Big Tim" Dillon, Charles Dickens and Deloris Abner; his siblings-in-law, James Kinder and Barbara Dickens; Cindy Howell.
He is survived by: his children, Harry N. "Chip" Blount (Brandy) and Patricia S. "Trish" Foster (Adam); his sister Debbie Kinder of Longwood; his grandchildren, Johnathan "Chip" Blount, Devynn Foster (Sarah), Adam Foster II, Jeremy Blount (Casey), Tyler Foster (Morgan), Justin Foster (Alivea), Angelica Blount, Jackson Foster (Sophie Foutt), Ashleigh Blount and Juan Jose Hayek; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Octavia, Miles, Asher, Kohen, Kaisyn Foster and Millie Foster. He is also survived by several loving brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Foster Family Cemetery (52 Brandy Ln, Seth, WV 25181).
