She is survived by: her husband Harold Marshall; her children, David Wayne Toney of Moundsville, WV and Peggy Shirlene Hensley of Shady Spring; her siblings, Denise Hubbard of Moundsville, Danny Meadows (Fonda) of Pluto, Mike Meadows (Barbara) of Shady Spring and Larry Wayne Meadows; and her grandchildren, Dakota Arehart, Ashley Toney and Kinnlie Hensley.
