He is survived by: his parents, David Allen and Linda Allen of Flat Top, WV.; his wife Crystal Allen of Shady Spring; his daughters, Maranda Pack (Nathan) of Jumping Branch and Sydney Allen (family: Lucas Willis, Jaycee Willis, Evelyn Willis); and his brother Shannon Allen (Brenda) of Beaver. He is also survived by one nephew and 5 nieces.
