He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Lee McAllister and Cora Jane VanReenan McAllister; his brother James Edgar McAllister; and his nephew Samuel Isiac McAllister. He is survived by: his son David Lee McAllister II (Amy); his grandson Trey McAllister (Myra); his great grandchildren, Cora Sue, Ellie Lee and Braylee Jane; and his siblings, Sam McAllister (Tammy) and Kay Kesler (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and very close friends.
