He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bennett Ward; his sister Phyllis Gillian (Steve); and his pet Itty Bitty. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel (130 Temple St, Hinton, WV 25951). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
