He is survived by: his mother Anita Dickens Craddock; his stepfather Charles Craddock of Shady Spring; his wife Amber Godbey Evans; his sons, Christopher Evans (Courtney) of Coal City, Jamason Evans (Kaitlynn) of Shady Spring and Jeffrey Nathaniel Evans of Beckley; his grandchildren, Easton Evans, Braelynn Evans, Braxton Evans, Emersyn Evans, Lennon Evans and Renleigh Evans; his sister Tina Fondale (Wes) of Beckley; his stepsiblings, Charles "Chuck" Craddock II of Maple Fork, Tara Dickerson of Saxe, Cara Vaughan of McKinney and Melinda Carr (Darius) of Fayetteville; and his stepmother Linda Evans of McKinney, Virginia..
