With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sandra Bays (Shady Spring, West Virginia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiawatha James Burnette and Zillian Burnette (Shrewsbury); her husband Neil Bays; and her sister Ruth Ann Motzno. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Bays (W. Va) of Lewisburg and Lisa Bays (Krissie Weimer) of Greeley, Colo.; her brothers, Howard (Nancy Burnette) and W. Va; her cousins, Pam Jones, Shirley Sumner Needleman, Linda Sumner, Patricia Sherman, Roy Shrewsbury II, Tom Webb, Carl Wood and Steven Wood; her nephew Doug Motzno; and her caregiver Patricia Ratliff of Beaver.
