He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsie Cochran and Joesph Cochran; and his siblings, Daisy Cochran of Beckley, WV, Joey Cochran (Nancy Cochran) of Daniels, WV and Susan Cochran-Houchins (Pete Houchins).
He is survived by: his wife Barbra Cochran of Kingsland Georgia; his daughters, Susan Cochran-Gass (Frank Gass) of Munich Germany and Wendy Cochran-Campbell (Peter Campbell) of St. Marys, Georgia; his grandchildren, Isaiah, David and Amelia; his grandchildren-in-law, Matthew and Macy; his great grandchildren, Matthew III and Jack Thomas; and his brother Bob Cochran.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home (729 Flat Top Rd, Shady Spring, WV 25918). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
