He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Smith, Sr. and Susan Smith (Ennis); and his sister Nancy Zimmerman. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Smith (Marcionette); his children, Michael Smith (Jennifer) of Romney, WV, Deborah Goff of Jefferson, MD and Fred Smith (Sumalee) of Romney; Peggy Jones of Leesburg. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
