She was predeceased by: her parents, George Leftwich and Annie Leftwich Ford; her stepfather James E. Ford Jr.; and her sister Georgiann. She is survived by: her siblings, James Leftwich (Shirley) of Houston, TX, Robert Leftwich (Bobbie) of Southfield, MI, Sylvester Leftwich (Evalene) of Huntington, WV, Willie Leftwich (Marsha) of Madison, WV, Emma Anthony (late Gerald) of Sharples, WV, Treasa Allen (Temious) of Wilmington, DE, James Ford III (Ernestine) of Davenport and Lewis Ford (Rebecca) of Foster, WV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
