He is survived by: his wife Marie Burgess of Neibert; his sons, Edward Burgess (Norma Jean) and William Burgess of Sharples; his stepchildren, Danita Hutchins (Timothy) of St. Albans and Keenan Glandon (Chrystal) of Garner, NC; his grandchildren, Shirley (Travis Kirby), Junior Burgess, Nicholas Burgess, Haley Ralch, Kayla (Travis Erwin), Scott Hutchins, Keenan Chad Glandon, Austin Glandon and Alyssa Glandon; his great grandchildren, Anthoney Erwin, Abby Erwin, Laelynn Erwin, Jasper Kirby and Elyanna Kirby; and his siblings, Gay Booth of Jeffrey, Phyllis Tipton (Greg) of Blair, Larry Burgess (Patty) of Six Mile, Russell Burgess (Janet) of Blair and Millard Burgess (Kathy) of Charleston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives, church family, and friends.
