She was predeceased by: her father Bill Armstrong of Linesville, PA. She is survived by: her mother Janet Armstrong; her husband Leo; her children, Julius and Katherine; and her brothers, Jon Armstrong (Julie), Rick Armstrong (Fran) and Ort Armstrong (Susan). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anges Parish (216 S Duke St, Shepherdstown, WV 25443).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Agnes Parish, Shepherdstown.
