She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis Zombro and Ella Dunn Zombro; her husband Lewis Meadows; and her siblings, Shirley Lucas and John Clifford Zombro.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Meadows (Gretchen) of Shenandoah Junction, Blane Meadows (Teresa) of Shenandoah Junction, Peachy Diehl (Steve) of Shenandoah Junction and Laurie Koontz (Mike) of Mt. Jackson, VA; and her grandchildren, Heather, Joshua Meadows, Jordan Diehl, Assia Currence, Brittany Koontz, Colton Koontz, Micheala Koontz, Taylor Koontz, Carmella Meadows, Frank Meadows, Russ Fales, Mauro Fales, Craig Deskevich and Zachary Santoscoy. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
