He is survived by: his brother John Lowery (Vicki) of Shepherdstown, WV; his nephews, John, Jr. (Trish), Charles and Rusty; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Abbee (Spencer), Beau of Brooks, T. J. and Teagan; and also, Cora and Ellie Claire.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint James Catholic Church (49 Crosswinds Dr, Charles Town, WV 25414).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
