He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Ancell and Thelma Cox Ancell; his wife Patricia Napolitano Ancell; his son Todd Ancell; and his brothers, Ronnie Ancell, Jimmy Ancell, Junior Ancell and Roger Ancell.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracie; his grandson Brandon; his siblings, Grace Ancell, Bernice Ancell of Spelter, WV, Janet Loy (Mark) of Bristol, WV, Karen Burkhammer of Glen Elk, WV, Diane Snyder (Ron) and Jeff Ancell; Sue, Nick, Mark, Sandy, Roger, Donna, Patty and Terry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
