He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Dale and Mary Katherine Zvonaric Lindsey; and his brothers, Jack and Alan D. Lindsey. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy L. Maze (Harold) of Four States, Linda G. Haught (Larry) of Stonewood and Patty L. Matheny (David) of Salem. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
