He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest L. Ashcraft and Betty Jean O'Dell Ashcraft; his brothers, Buck and Willard "Willbob" Ashcraft; and his brother-in-law Jerry Long.

He is survived by : his siblings, Tammy Long of Four States, Robin Stanley (Richard) of Everson and Ernest Ashcraft of Pine Bluff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
