She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Ferrise of Shinnston, David McDade (Terri Daft) of Fairmont, Charles "Chuck" Cunningham Jr. of Shinnston and Nina Josey of Shinnston; her grandchildren, Nicole Metzger (Jake Sowers) of Hilton Head and Devon Mulberry of Fairmont; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Tank, Kyonna, Damion, Kaiya, Hudson and Leilani. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calvary Temple Assembly of God (28 Calvary Ln, Fairmont, WV 26554). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
