She is survived by: her sons, Chad Gains (Victoria) and Shawn Gains (Edwina); her grandchildren, Stephanie Underwood (Dillon), Zachary Gains (Tara), Elijah and Isaiah Gains; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Naomi Underwood and Kaysn Gains; and her siblings, Beverly Hoskinson Big Flint (Ronnie), Peggy Harrah, Timmy Holtz Clarksburg (Connie), Judy Kelley Jane Lew (Ken), David Holtz (Cindy) and Salem.
