He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Prahst Gaskins; his children, Chris Gaskins of Akron, Jason Gaskins (Jennifer) of Akron and Traci Vires (Otis) of Akron; his grandchildren, Brianna, Bethany, Bladon (Kayla), Alyssa, Austin, Hanna, Ricky and Russell; his great grandchild Bladon Jr.; and his siblings, Lynda Kinney of West Union, Lillian Travis of Salem, James Gaskins (Lorraine) of Good Hope and Jesse Gaskins of Salem. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home & Crematory-Salem (1999 W Main St, Salem, WV 26426). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
