She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Otmer Starcher and Minnie Frances Watson; her husband Desmond "Bill" Frame; and her siblings, Otmer Clark Starcher and Nina Faundes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Frances Frame of Shinnston and Donna Howard (Steven) of Apple Valley, CA; her grandchildren, Heather Howard of Tampa, FL and Steven W. Howard of Pittsburgh, PA; her sisters, Caren Carr of Brighton, CO and Evelyn "Cathy" Starcher of Cleveland, OH; her siblings-in-law, Faye Propps (Jennings) of Summersville, Judy Meadows of Summersville, Iris Spencer of Summersville and Jerry Frame (Susie) of Summersville; her adoptive daughters, Donna Gronau and Diana Swiger; and her caregivers, Brenna, Cassandra and Cathy.
