She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Mackey and Edith Mackey (Leiving) of Shinnston; her husband Jennings Paul Bell; her children, Paul Martin Bell, Brian Lee Bell and Brenda Lou Bell; her grandson Derek D. Johnston; her siblings, Melvin Scott Mackey, Thomas Dale Mackey, Edgar Gale Mackey, Paul Raymond Mackey, Michael Mackey and Loretta Mae Hall; and her close friend Frederick D. Hennigin.
She is survived by: her daughter Virginia Leah Johnston of North Carolina; and her brothers, Charles D. Mackey of Warren, OH, Dennis Mackey of Shinnston and John R. Mackey of Shinnston. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
