She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry McCormick and Dorothy McCormick (Brooke); her former husband James E. "Jim" Lutz; her children, Michael Lutz and Sherry Matheny; and her siblings, Ronnie McCormick, Paul McCormick and Pamela Jeffers.
She is survived by: her husband Michael R. Vice; her daughters, Tina Hazelton (Terry) of Shinnston and Brenda Holster (Tim) of Fayetteville, WV; her stepson Jerry Lutz; her siblings, Denny McCormick of Clarksburg, Bill McCormick (Paulie) of Clarksburg and Russell McCormick of Salem; and her stepchildren, Raejean Vice of Middletown, OH and Tammy Sue Stroop (Terry) of Liberty Township, OH. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren; seven step great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
